I have bought several projects from this service that always worked well but with this project I wasted my money, I paid for something that does not work. It is a checker to get marktplaats accounts.

They guarantee on their discord the customer have to be fully satisfied before he have to pay. I never was satisfied, I paid 250 euro and it never gave me anything in return because I wasn’t able to get any single account with this checker because all I am seeing when using it is error. The developer dont want to refund and keep saying give valid accounts so he can test and fix , but another developer of this service tried to fix the checker when he was to busy, I also gave him valid accounts to test and he says it is impossible to make. because the site has too good security but after this the developer still doesnt want to pay me back.

So, the customer ordered this, one of our developers (Hamburger) delivered it. After delivery, we didn't hear anything from. @belvedere for an entire month, so I assumed he is satisfied and paid the dev. 

He seems to now, not be happy with it. He doesn't provide test accounts for Hamburger to check.

Waiting for Hamburger to take a statement here.

Its not true not a month. It was 15 days and in this period i was busy with school so i didn’t even use the program, https://imgur.com/a/krlsu1h. I dont send account to hamburger because i have send accounts to anther developer of you, that wanted to fix the program. He says it is not possible because of security site has. Why would keep wasting time in this if a developer of you confirms it isnt possible?

Client asked for program to do a sequence of events via Selenium, that is
1) Load a list of (supposed) valid ziggo mails
2) Open marktplaats website and send reset pass email to each email
3) Check these emails for the incoming reset pass email, and output to success file if email is received.

He provided a mail access config to Ziggo, which he said he uses, and that I could use this for the program.

He also provided some ziggo combos to test with. I then began development by creating the
1) selenium auto-sending of password reset email on Marktplaats
2) and recreated the config exactly request-for-request, header-for-header, for the part where program has to check Email for incoming email

This is when I noticed something off, and asked the client straight, and directly, as seen here. Please bring your attention to my clarification on whether this 'is normal?' to which he replied, 'Yes that normal'. I therefore then took it as a main limitation of the program, which as verified by the client, is completely normal. 


I delivered the bot, but there was a small bug of not using the best Mail subject to detect the incoming mail, so I changed it and sent an updated version on 2 Feb 2022. I receive no further updates, feedback, comments or requests thereafter. 15 (Fifteen!) days later, 2 whole weeks, he comes back and says that the Program is not good, when I have shown it to be carrying out the exact sequence that he asked for before delivery. 



At this point, I'm still open to helping him, and ask what's wrong with it, etc. so I can fix. Because the program did exactly as he asked in the first place. I then offer to fix it, but to do so, I need a valid account that he knows for sure will work. As you can see, while I'm trying to offer help, he just keeps rambling on about other things - like how he's found someone else, will find another dev etc. Meanwhile, I've been asking for a valid account to debug, and he finally says 'ok will send tomorrow'. He then comes back complaining again, this time with a video of the error which he said is normal (as clarified above).  I then offer once again, to help but he just doesn't give that working account for me to use. Now he's asking for a completely different project - a Marktplaats checker/bruteforcer, and this is when our other dev, 460Xy comes in. They start speaking in dutch, and 460Xy tries to create this whole other program - Marktplaats Checker - with requests and says that it is impossible.

This is the main flaw of the client's justification. Two things:
Claim #1) He says that 460Xy has claimed that the program I made, is actually impossible to make.
Debunk #1) This is not true. What is not possible, is an entirely different program. NOT the program that he asked me to make initially. This is proven by a clarification from our dev here. https://imgur.com/a/LQAU3qX

Claim #2) He says he sent working accounts to 460Xy, which he then used for his own testing of this Entirely different program.
Debunk #2) These working accounts have nothing to do with the valid accounts that I asked for for the reset-pass program I was working on. Also, I asked for the account for about 5 times, to which he never provided. (You can find justification for this in the ticket logs, when I said 'And here' x5 - 13-Mar-22 08:53 PM) So you can see why I'm pretty frustrated here. I have offered numerous times to help, but if he doesn't want to help me help him, there is absolutely nothing further I can do.

The client's entire case lies on the fact that our dev claimed that "it is impossible" when "it" actually refers to a totally different program. 
My case lies on the fact that to my knowledge, I had done exactly as asked, he complained, I offered to help, he didn't want to accept that offer, and is adamantly insisting for money back.

Devsly Developers have a responsibility - to ensure that we always help, and I take that responsibility seriously. But if I'm offering you my hand, and you refuse to take it, that's your loss, don't pull me down to the ground too.

You can talk and say whatever you want and prepare your speech as good as you want but the point is I paid for something that doesnt work, it is normal I want my money back. You shouldn’t release and let me pay for something that isn’t working also your program only showing errors and you say: the client said this is normal?? ??

Also on their discord they say: the product will not be released to the customer until he is totally satisfied.
I am the opposite of satisfied and want my money back, thank you.
