Additional Information: I paid for his turnkey job service to place an order and refund it on amazon, The initial payment was 50$ but then he started ignoring me for couple days until he did the first try to place the order which failed and then he asked me to provide new cc to place new order and then he started ignoring me again for more than 2 days.
