Additional Information: I wanted an Instagram account banned, and I decided to use this guy's banning service, seeing that it had so many good vouches, and I didn't think much about it, about actually reading the thread or getting documented.
I paid the money, and the account got banned the next day. Syrex claimed that it's very unlikely for an account to get unbanned although there is a chance for it to happen (the same thing he claimed in his thread). Then he said he we would ban the account again for half the price. Having studied a bit of psychology this gave me some bad vibes. I have no idea if he did it on purpose, but this is a powerful psychological method of swindling people. You give something to someone, and then take it away, they will be desperate to have it again and would do anything. 

So just to make sure, I decided to read his entire thread and to ask each person who had vouched for him in the past (I could share screenshots of the messages if needed, but I must first get consent from those users who have been honest with me; I still didn't receive replies from all people I wrote to). And it turns out that some of them had paid for the ban, the accounts they requested got unbanned after a couple of days, and then they paid half the price for the ban again to get the accounts banned for good. Turns out the probability of the account getting unbanned isn't so low as Syrex claims, and it happens quite often. I feel like I was swindled and I paid too much money for nothing. I do not wish to pay more to get something that might nothing even work.

What is the point of this deal dispute, I said exactly what I promised and can say that I have no influence of the duration of a ban, all you are saying are just accusations that you just grab out of the air because you had a single  "bad" experience with my service.

You obviously have no idea about the subject or you would know that it is impossible to determine the duration of a ban.

Sadly i had the same experience, not worth opening a scam report as the account got banned, but still, getting unbanned after 2 days is still shitty.
He then offered a 50% "discount" on a repeat ban.
Not a scam imo but just be aware what you are buying.
Left a negative vouch for the service too in the past.

I bought a ban from @Syrex in the past and after it got banned the guy contacted support and got it unbanned. But after rebanning it is gone for like 2 months and probably won't ever come back so i think his service is pretty good.

You also need to consider, the person can always contact support and submit documents to them to prove everything he has to prove so the account can get unbanned.
What matters is that the account got banned. It is impossible to have it 100% stay banned permanently and there will always be a chance of unban, and he even says this in his thread.

The question is why does he claim that the risk of getting unbanned is low, considering this aspect? He is not being truthful about his services if it happens so often. He should tell the truth to the people buying the service from the start, that the risk is higher than what he claims, so that people think better before purchasing his services.

@Syrex Refund him the full amount as you cannot say it rare then it happens in a day. This has happened in the past as well unbanned in 1 day. Refund him the full amount and start telling people the truth or you will keep stacking up these reports. Do so within 24 hours.
