Additional Information: I wanted to buy mail access, 2$ per K, he never said that those are not VALID mail access, also he said those are Private Untouched lines but 80% are public combos, he also have a min order that he chose cuz he know byer will never back to buy again so he try to get a good amount of money.

1. I wanted mail access = those are not mail access,
2. I wanted Private Lines = those are public lines,
3. He doesnt refund my money.
