Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $30.90

Additional Information: I was provided with a non-functional program, and despite meticulously following all the provided instructions, it still didn’t work. When I sought assistance, I was repeatedly given different versions to try, none of which resolved the issue. The responses were consistently delayed, adding to the frustration. Over the past four days, I’ve been trying to get the program to work, but instead of providing meaningful help, the individual kept blaming me for the issues as if it were my fault. The responses were often rude, and when I finally requested a refund, stating that the problem wasn’t being resolved, I was immediately banned from their server. This feels like a clear case of being scammed, as the individual effectively abandoned the situation and refused to take responsibility. What they might not realize is that I am aware of their forum profile, and I suspect he will now resort to making excuses to justify their actions.
