Additional Information: he was offering a membership to a group, it cost 150 $ but I only had 100 € and was going to receive 200 € on the 4th of July, so he asked me to send 100 € now and then send the rest,
I did it, after sending the money I asked for proof that this group existed he did not provide any proof and he was acting like a scammer trying to defend himself.
now my paypal acc is limited and i lost 100€

Again? Huh that guy is funny :) He don't even have verified paypal, i got money but it's on hold because of him, I sent him ID's to confirm his account and he started asking about my members on ICQ group I won't answer that and never will, he will see when he maybe join group . i made clearly new paypal, i verified them and i tried to search that guy, he never leaved his cracked.to account. @Darkness i will prove paypal login to you, to see that is money on hold hehe, I am on traveling so i am not 24/7 on pc like this guy so that's reason why i did respond to messages. Anyone from my discord list can prove it.
