I refuse to refund him as he was disrespectful towards our staff members, impatient and begged for refunds knowing there is no refunds when buying.
Its against our ToS to be very impatient and i warned him multiple times before taking action, its also against tos to be disrespectful towards our staff..

This is all the ToS that he didnt follow, almost half of them, therefore im not willing to refund
Also even if there was no ToS being disrespectful against other staff members, constant annoyance in dms spamming isn't ok.
Several issues with your reply
1. Darkness said your ToS was void
2. I was indeed disrespectful after you didn't show up with the product and kept on delaying and stalling
3. You have no staff members outside yourself so just say yourself man
4. I did not spam your dms. I messaged you around once per day asking when you would have my product ready and you kept on saying oh I'll have it tomorrow.
Until you suddenly decided to have your pc get "broken" then said a month maybe more and that's when I opened a scam report
5. Do you have any evidence of me spamming or flooding any channels in your server?
6. Do you have any evidence backing me being "toxic" other than cussing at you for not having my order ready within a reasonable time
7. Up to 48 hours is a decent promise. I was patient and waited a grand total of 312 hours aka 13 days before opening a scam report
