Additional Information:
I've been dealing with @Ageless for a long time now, not the first time he's been lying me over his capabilities to do a refund and leaving me waiting for months, eventually getting them done by myself or some of them never worked out. I texted him in the beginning of this month asking about Amazon.DE refund about a Razer chair and Gaming Table (If he's capable to do a refund for them , and if it's all good if the order is dispatched from Amazon but sold by someone else). The answer was : Yes, yes, yes (As always) I'll get it done within 3 days he said. I went ahead and ordered the chair and gaming desktop table on August 6th and they arrived a week later (Table arrived on 13th of August and chair arrived on 15th of august). After the items arrived I was notified the order will get done within 3-7 days (The timeframe of getting order done supposedly changed, but you have to fill one form (Which we never done before) and you must contact "His supposed colleague" with telegram  @Ageless_Support I was like fine, send it over. Filled the form , texted him back and up until this day the refund hasn't yet started (Take a look I informed the guy that the order arrived the moment I picked both of the items up (15th of August) and today is (25th) of August, that's already 10 days since i've filled the form. Today I dmed again @Ageless_Support asking if my refund has started and he notified me "Should be done in 7 days" I was like "Bro it was supposed to be done already 3-7 days already passed" and that's where we started. His response was: You know there's a way of your account getting "OFM" , are you aware of that? I was like "As long as I get my money back I got plenty of people to make orders trough" and he was like "They may close the account before you get refund" and you won't be able to return it and you wont be able to get refunded, so that's where I got absolutely pissed off and told them I'm gonna open a DD against them if they simply don't give me my money back as I spent it based on "fake promises" that it's gonna get done, then on he said they won't take my order and I can return it (OFCOURSE 13 DAYS AFTER MY ORDER ARRIVED I HAVE ASSAMBLED BOTH OF MY CHAIR AND TABLE" so infact it's nearly impossible to put them all back together as they were and return it + it'll cost me additionally to do so. After that reading trough the chat I realised after the fill up form was passed to me there's the options, timeframe and percentage stated down below " WE DO OFM ( I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT OFM MEANS) , TIMEFRAME 3 WORKING DAYS" Let me mention again this is day 13th, of course it would raise suspicion if you haven't opened report for any sort of compensation 13th days suddenly you remembered you had a chair and table coming on your way. Basically I was told to fuck off and get over with it, so that's why I am opening this DD against Ageless "REFUNDS" asking for compensation of my 380 euros getting back or BAN penalty for such scammers.

You promised you'll get it done. I paid for my shit and got fucked up by you wasting my time waiting you to get it done for months until I texted them myself and realised it cannot be done.

"OFM" as I thought "GETTING THE ACCOUNT LOCKED" that doesn't make it clear I wont get refunded for my items that I have already paid.

You stated you will do my order after I asked you dozens of questions before making an order and you agreed on all of them.
Your Timeline Deadline is 3 working days, it's already been 7 working days (10 in total since I've filled the form) and you guys haven't started it yet.
It's been that long that I have assembled both table and chair and throw their packages. Chair is probably 10s of parts +30 of bolts , also a table that has 30 parts and 50s of bolts. How am I supposed to disassemble all of that, put it back together the way it was delivered and in what packages?
After spending 400 euro and waiting you for over 10 days you definitely owe me a compensation.

AND STOP LYING TO PEOPLE YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING WHEN YOU CAN'T DO A SHIT, BASICALLY YOU'VE BEEN GAMBLING REFUNDS AND STATING "YOU'RE THE BEST REFUNDER".

That's about the Parfume orders from Sephora.fr where you "again" guaranteed it's gonna work out and they don't even issue refunds.
So basically proves my theory you're just talking nonsense and saying "everything" works although you ain't informed enough.
You're just gambling with people's orders and take money from anything that comes handy successful.
