I didn't delete anything you are trying to bring this shit up because you are aware that this report is wrong and false from the beginning and clearly in the photo you posted I did say "refunds sometimes fail" which mean you are already aware that can happen from your pervious experience and yet you decided to do refunding again while aware of it.

Yea I should be happy for refunding one of my 10s failed and abandoned refunds you promised they'll work , delete that first screenshot you're just embarrassing yourself.

 This is not about failed refund or your 100% hit rate.
This is about you promising getting my order done (BEFORE I ORDERED IT) , not even starting it 10 days after I filled your dumb ass form where is stated it's gonna be done in 1-3 days and then once I complained about it you went straight forward to worse case scenario and making me return something that I have already assembled and thrown the boxes for because you yourself know that you will fail and this will be just another overpromised order you said "YES, GO FOR IT" to.
