We agreed that he'll help me remove a google search result for $18.99 through his work at google ads partner, he couldn't do it because it needs advanced bypass which is more expensive ($49.99), I then sent him additional $16, we agreed that I tip him after the job is done. He claimed that he did it, asked to wait 15 min but then cleared chat and blocked me (tg status: last seen a long time ago).
