Scam report against @Alexander

First off, i want to say that this exit scam was perfectly staged, and alex made sure i had little to no evidence against him.

So around a month ago we decided to start a snapscore boosting service, and everything was going good. 
Alex once replied to someone in our staff chat saying that he got me to co own it with him to get him members and buyers. 
2 days ago, he contacted me. Asking me for admin in our backup server which i had been hosting on our alt. I had no reason not to give it to him so i gave him admin. 
Last night, he waited for me to go offline, banned me from the main server, and banned everyone from our backup except for people who boosted

He is now claiming that I had never owned it with him, and that we never agreed to split ownership.
I decided to contact some of the customers with my alt, as evidence against that.

When i first tried to contact users and simply ask them if they remembered if there was a timhortons as owner, alex instantly banned me (why would he do this if he wasnt hiding something).

To sum things up, he removed me from the service using the excuse that "he was not really active and I needed to do all the work" (i was https://i.ibb.co/tPhX2wg/image.png
another reason was "He also pinged for bs and he is just not customer friendly" (this is just complete bs idek wtf he means by "not customer friendly" i would have proof from tickets, just screenshotting
them etc, but since alex deteled all tickets the same night he banned me (coincidence?)

With the screenshots above, u can clearly see that we had split the service 50% to me, and 50% to him.
Why else would i have helped him choose prices if i wasnt co owning the service?

We both started the service together, if this was the case i should have permission to ban him too.

I own 50% of the service, we both split ownership what the hell do u mean?

Also, I should be given 50% of the business till now and I should've be well informed before having my co-ownership revoked.
