Additional Information: He was hired to do what is explained in screenshot number 6, but he didn't do anything in two months. When I wrote to him to see how it was going, he said he was about to start, that he was working on other projects but had already finished them. Now he doesn't even respond to my messages, even though I know he's online on Telegram. When I paid him, he also said that the project would be finished in just a few weeks.
