Additional Information: He originally sold me a source he stole from @Heaven / @amboss for 100$, then he charged me another 200$ for a custom UI which he never did. Yesterday he refunded me 150$ which is half of what I paid for and then broke my site. The guy keeps giving me delays then not following said delays and each time he's confronted he says he's busy with school/work but I literally see him play Minecraft a few hours everyday and he lives inside the shoutbox. Regardless of if he refunds me or not he should keep a DWC tag for selling stolen source.
