Additional Information: Bought lifetime boosts for discord server. Boosts expires every 3 months or so. Every time I have to make a ticket in order to reboost the server. But this time seller is not responding at all. I am not really interested in this time wasting. If you are gonna offer lifetime service then you should deliver it. I am not really interested in the reboost since I bought boosts from another seller.

As I mentioned I already bought boosts from another seller so how are your boosts gonna be helpful now? That is why I revoked the server invite that I gave you in the ticket. I think I gave you enough time to respond to the ticket I even pinged few days ago?

Let me explain the situation. He purchased our lifetime boosts, and I have been delivering boosts to him since June 12th. If I had not delivered these boosts, he could have opened a dispute against me at that time. Over the past six months, I have delivered boosts to him 2 times with total 30 Boosts / 3 Mo. He has received them normally, except for the current delay. 

1st Option
As a solution, I can renew his boost once the current boost from another seller expires, ensuring it remains covered under our lifetime guarantee.

2nd Option
If he insists on getting a refund, I won't be able to provide a full refund. I have already boosted his server with 14 boosts twice (over 3 months), which is worth approximately $35.98 (the price on the website at the time of his purchase). Therefore, the total refund amount would be $79.95 - $35.98 = $43.97.

Yes, that is correct, I have received boosts twice. When the boosts expired again I opened ticket asking for rebost. I waited few days, pinged and waited another few days. I am not really interested of spamming someone to get the server reboosted.

So as I mentioned, I have already bought lifetime boosts from someone else on this forum.

So the only option is a partial refund then.
