Additional Information: I sent him $100 for combos on August 13th through cashapp(proof: https://imgur.com/a/I7ISzM3), he then sent me exact same 
combo as somebody else so he said he would replace, he ghosted me for about a week then eventually sent me the combos.

I had never sent the same combo that I gave him early, you can even check the duplicates. I had not guaranteed any privacy on the combo and the only reason I had waited so long was because my dork provider was on vacation and I couldn't do anything. I had even provided the customer with 200K extra lines. Only reason I had sent the exact same as somebody else was because I have many files of combos and they were duped lol. This user is also a joke, always begs for money, especially me, begs for configs, etc. He had asked me to sell him a good combo and I did, did not promise anything. The privacy of the combo is weird, I agree, but doesn't matter. If I had told him it was private, I would give a refund. Not my problem.

you said you delete files after you sell them but you were checking the combos you send to me and another. you promised me "uhq" combos and when checked, i got 0 hits on the targets i was checking. when did i ask you for money and even if i did how does that pertain to this scam report? I waited almost 2 weeks for combos and when i asked for a refund, you just ghosted me so at this point i felt a scam report was necessary. please send me a refund for $100
