Scam report against @CHEAPDIP

The disputes were created before this scam report.

I have been waiting for the refund that was promised to be made 2 months ago but has not yet been made.

Within these 2 months, I asked you almost 10 times to refund me and you promised to refund me, but you ignored me every time + kept ignoring me with the fixes too. No one is too dumb. You can simply click on agree with the dispute cause you had to refund me already, so it makes sense.

When im fixing the accounts u cannot have an open dispute on paypal mate that is obviously not how it works lol, im not fixing accounts while your getting your money back from paypal in the meantime

You can fix the downgraded account and you can accept the dispute cause you need to refund 4x orders as few orders from the past you were unable to fulfill.
Disputes are for refunds only. You still need to fix those downgraded accounts. You need to refund me 4x however I have an open dispute on 2x orders only, after being requested and begging for fixes and refunds for 2 months.

The accounts were already solved as i mentioned before. he is just being a dick atm lmao 

I shouldnt even bother helping this guy since he opened chargebacks on paypal transactions he made on the store.

He is lying. I have created 2x disputes out of 5x refunds promised because he was unable to provide service anymore, but never refunded. It has nothing to do with the other orders, I have purchased almost 60-70x upgrades from him. When it comes to fix he keep making excuses.
