Additional Information: Seller delivered a limited PayPal Business account (https://prnt.sc/od5IvVTQiVsT), blaming me for using a STATIC RESIDENTIAL IP while he advised to use a VPN??? For PayPal????
While he got it limited during the process of creating the account.
Next to that the bank wasn't even attached thus making this account not fully verified and not even ready.
And the funny thing he blamed be for limiting the account, while you can clearly see it was during the creating of the account AND he deleted the email of account being limited but didn't clear the bin leaving evidence of his own mistake.
Then when I told him he straight ignored my messages for 3 days now, but still comes online on Telegram.

You were absent but came online multiple times a day for 3 days straight??
You could have at least told me you were going to replace or react instead of ignoring me for 3 days while you have been coming online on Telegram.
And what about the fact that you deleted the email about account being limited and saying I was the one who limited the account by using a static residential isp???

And the funny thing is you replaced the account instantly when I made this scam report, while being ignored for 3 days straight before.


@staff I got a working replacement, but still not fully verified, I had to link the bank myself and verify it and now waiting for the deposits from PayPal. Seller didn't care to attach the bank and didn't say anything about it, I had to figure it out myself.
I saw a scam report before about this seller about buyer being ignored and only getting replacement after making a scam report. This seller should wear a DWC tag permanently, he's shady AF when it comes to banned/limited accounts and only reacts when people make a scam report.

I will consider this as solved however, @CityTroop  Next time, the account needs to be fully verified if you do not verify the account fully. You will not be allowed to sell the accounts.
