Additional Information: I bought a Paypal Business US account from him and he delivered it to me with the 2FA activated on the Paypal account. So I asked him to provide me with access to the phone number of the purchased account. He didn't answer for 4 days. And today he tells me he doesn't have access to the phone number. He's a scammer.
