Additional Information: Bought a couple products from his shop, never received them. The BTC transaction has been confirmed. Also, bought an account from his shop, there was no CC attached to the account, like it was mentioned on his Shop. The account looked brand new. His support team on-site is so ass and barely solve anything. Sometimes they just close my ticket with no answer. Only one guy, named Pir helped me through telegram and since then have been clueless.

Sorry hahaha. I contacted Pir through telegram, where blocked me, and then he went to solve the issue himself. But I would like to have the account I bought last week replaced. I have sent the evidence to Pir on telegram days ago and I got a ticket on your website opened ever since then.
