Additional Information: Since I only had cashapp at the time, he told me to buy him 2 global steam giftcards. They were around $28 and some change, so I accepted. I buy the GCs and give them to him. He tells me it doesn't work. I ask him to try to redeem the other one so that I can upload it to Kinquin support. He tells me to try to redeem it. I say ok and go ahead with it. And guess what? It redeems. And what's even worse is that it converted into my currency. Basically making it so that I paid $28 and some change for just $20 on steam. The deal wasn't even supposed to go any further than this but he told me to redeem them. When I found out that I couldn't even transfer funds through steam via steam wallet funds, I told him. Which resulted in him ignoring me for an entire day. I tell him again today and he just brushes it off and just implies that I should just use it. Tf? Either I get what I originally paid for or I get refunded for the amount I paid for the steam GCs.

well basically the steam giftcard he bought didn't work i tried everything and i didn't scam him i told him to use the steam giftcard on his own account and he used it.

also he wanted to buy 2x $200 worth of giftcards from me not 1x which equals to $60 he only bought 20 euros worth of steam giftcard which did not work for me so i asked him to gift me the game
since he can't pay me the rest with crypto he never stated amounth of giftcards he wanted to buy and he said okay to 2x giftcards in the begining so i thought he wants to buy 2x not 1x that's why I told him i 
can accept his payment with steam giftcards because i needed to buy the game so in this case i think it will be fair for him to keep the 20 euros worth of steam giftcards.

First of all. All I wanted was $30 worth of GCs, which would equal to $200 in GoPuff GCs. I never asked for 2x, only you stated that. And I would be happy to add more to the balance, but it isn't coming out of my wallet. So either you pay me the rest of the money to gift you the game or you tell me what to gift you equal to the $20. The GC clearly worked, and was obviously global, as it was bought by a high rated seller on Kinguin. Any problems you were to have would've been an error of your own. Basically not my problem. But I still went out of my way to listen to YOUR instructions, which of course backfired. Also, the payment I paid from my CC amounts to nearly $30, so of course I'm not gonna be happy with having only $20 usable on my steam account. I don't think there is much else to be said. @Liars

well if you want 1x giftcard I'll happily accept $30 worth of game on steam for that ^^ but i won't pay you any money to finish this trade either way you can keep your $20 worth of steam giftcard or you can add $10 more and gift me a game that costs $30 and I'll give you 1x giftcard 

I'm gonna wait for @Liars reply i think he should be one who decides what we should do.
