Additional Information: I have involved @1DarkPro because:
1- He's his partner
2- He's the founder of DeluxeAIO and I believe he must take responsibility for this because the sale announcement happened on DeluxeAIO discord and he chose Naod as dev (deleted now)
3- He's the only one who can communicate with Naod, he keeps ignoring me.
Moreover, turns out the config Naod sent me was a skidded iOS API. I refused to take his replacement because I don't trust in his shit anymore and it might be also skidded lmao. I just want my $1300 back.

Edit: after further investigation, this config is literally YoBoi's leaked API (only difference is UserAgent), user tried to sell a leaked, free config for 1300$. (Been leaked since August 9: https://imgur.com/a/hJlQCxF and I can prove to staff.)

Well I don’t intend on exiting. As for being his partner, I no longer had ownership of any part of deluxe, naod got it before he started advertising his PayPal captchaless config, as for the money, I never received it so I am not capable of giving you a refund myself for it, but as for being the only one who can communicate with him, that is correct.

To clarify, yes I only have the owner role for ceremonial reasons at this point, I no longer take payments from deluxe and never got one from the purchase of the PayPal config that donx bought, I will show a screenshot of me transferring ownership of the server to naod before that date.

You still have owner, you chose him as your dev, you said that you had mixed feelings about him from the start, you still chose him anyway. You take the responsibility along with him cause the sale happened on dat server.
note: Naod is still ignoring me about the refund.

I cannot remove the owner role from myself, a mistake I cannot do anything about since I have already given him ownership of the server, and yes while I did choose him as my dev despite having mixed emotions about him, I did not have any involvement with him after I gave him ownership, everything from that point forward was his responsibility and his only, I was no longer his “partner” in any sense of the word from the moment I had given him ownership and all assets related to Deluxe.

This would be like if a marketplace owner gets reported because someone got scammed from a user in the selling channel.

The owner of the DeluxeAIO server can give anyone the "Owner" role, even if they do not have any responsibilities within the project. As for 1DarkPro, it seems like he just got caught up in someone else's schemes. This does not mean he is a scammer.

I get where you are coming from, but it seems you are reporting the wrong person.

Just because he can communicate with Naod, doesn't mean you need to involve him. You should be able to find a way to contact Naod yourself. You should involve someone in a scam report, forcing them to be a proxy.
