Additional Information: So basically i paid 250$ for 1 million db for yahoo, i bought from him and then I checked for it and i only got 250 hits. 250 hits from a million db is a really really really shit hit rate and the hitrate is basically generated lines. Not even 1k, standard 1 million db is like atleast 50-60k hits but instead i got 250 hits. I asked for a refund he said "okay can you wait 2 days and i will refund" i was like okay, the day comes and in the screen shot about he has blocked me. So fishy if there is a way i can prove or explain further more to get him 100% banned i will.
