   We first paid 600$ for a VCC Generator Bot    (We only got 100$ refunded)
   And we also paid 370$ for a Samsung Discord Gift Gen

Additional Information:
There is a lot to understand here, please read twice if you are a bit confused.

Okay so first of all, we tried to be fair with thoses guys, we did not oppened a scam report about their first time doing shit with us. But now its too much.
I was supposed to ask for the Discord GIft Gen refund, but i want both tools refunded, they are acting like asses and so i will do too.

For the VCC Generator:
We started by purchassing a VCC Generator to them, that we paid 600$ to have.
Then one of the developpers decided to Resell our tool that we paid for to our main concurent: CheapBoosts.
The tool then got leaked to multiple people.
This is a total breach of their contract as they state: "We will not leak your tools"
And we therefor asked for a refund because our tool was resold to multiple people, and over used.
And they only compensated us with 100$ (WIch is literally only 17% of the tool price)

For the Discord Promo Links:
-We started by explaining to the dev we will use "IpRoyal" proxies only for this project.
-We also told him we will top up A LOT of Balance to make sure we could use this tool.
-We where informed AFTER paying that we had to generate Acounts 24H prior to any link generation   (1 Account = 1 Link)
-We tried to be the most helpfull possible by providing a RDP for the dev to try his code https://i.xpyth.dev/qljyj1kI.png

So before starting the deal, we hold him we will use IPRoyal for our generation because it was not raped and a fucking good price/gb
      With this information, and without our knowedges, he started generating as much links as he can for his own profit until the pool was raped and then sold us the tool,
      without warning us a single time that he raped the pool before making the sale.

So after 2-3 days of strugle begging the developper to get a working set-up version of the Generator on a rdp that i provided him FOR FREE.

We got the information that he used IPRoyal too for his shits, wich explain the 3 days wasted, because he used all the IPRoyal pool and then made us waste 3 days because he did not noticed his mistake.

     For info we tried two IPRoyal pool: UK and NL   (Both are separated when generating, you generate either with UK pool or NL pool)
     And they somehow where both raped ? So the dev   BY MISTAKE   generated two times to TEST and forgot two times to kill the bot after trying
          (Note is that you need to pick two times different pools and attribute them on your ip, it means that he used the UK pool, then switched to the NL pool them totally on purpose)
     And just before saying this:
     He also said in our ticket he did not used the gen for his own profit,

I want a refund, because the seller raped the pool we where planning to do, where we added 80$ worth of bandwith just for this tool.
He used our tool for his own benefit and sold it to us without warning that he did so, using and aloso raping the ip pool we where planning to use.
Also for lying in ticket, temporising customer with useless help for 3 days with the knowedge of the situation and the reasons of it

I'm a developer who works at Devsly and I was responsible for the compensation of the VCC Generator Bot. I still don't know who the OP is, Jasu was the person who made the order for VCC Generator Bot in Devsly discord, we apologised for the actions of G0ldy (The original dev who worked on the VCC Gen Bot and resold it outside Devsly)

Jasu who originally made the order for the VCC Gen Bot agreed to me making a new license system for his projects free of cost as compensation. Jasu was satisfied with it and he told me that it makes up for the actions of G0ldy. He even left a vouch for me in the discord server saying he was satisfied and that we offered him compensation for the damage done by G0ldy but he deleted the vouch today. Jasu and the OP apparently work in a partnership and Jasu placed an order for a new project (Samsung Discord Gift Gen) and something went wrong so he opened a scam report and brought up the old order again even after we provided what Jasu agreed to as compensation provided. Jasu and the OP bought up the old order again in their discord ticket and when I told the OP that Jasu who made the order in devsly agreed to the licensing system as compensation he replied saying "I did not" when he wasn't even a part of the original order and this is something which Jasu should've discussed with the OP since they're partners before agreeing to it as compensation but they did not.

Jasu was totally fine with the compensation until today. He wrote a vouch saying how it wasn't Devsly's fault and it was just a greedy developer and how his experience with devsly was 10/10 but he deleted the vouch today before the OP opened this scam report.

Its pretty obvious this has been done by the OP just to gain an edge over us or to harm Devsly's reputation.

So, basically. The scam report is about 2 things:

Summed up in one sentence: They bought a tool from one of our developers, now their proxies are blocked / raped and that's the reason for the scam report. I don't think I have to say much here… The tool is working perfectly fine even with a VPN. 

Also:
-The dev did not use the tool for own benefits / did not sell it etc
-OP removed the developer from the dm group without reason (probably to hide evidence etc.) And before you ask, no that is not the same as closing a ticket as the ticket is still there and transcript as well.


2. The g0ldy thing. Yes, one of our developers resold the tools he made, and has already been banned from all forums and our discord. We apologized in behalf of him and something like that never happened again. We also covered the fees for your next project, even though per forum rules we would not have to issue any sort of refund etc. You even wrote a vouch stating how happy you are with devsly (which you deleted today), and that your experience was "10/10", the products "highest quality" etc. You also said in response to this image / statement:

Quote "Yeah, it wasn't devslys fault, just happened to be a greedy developer". Which you also deleted today. Furthermore, you made 1 or 2 more orders and were happy. 


So, where is your rage coming from? Seemed fine before you failed to understand that it is your responsibility to provide proxies to tools you order. 

Also, I am a clown for asking for your ticket number? Do you expect me to go through thousands of tickets to find yours? You kept arguing, so what's the issue with closing the ticket?

Seems like something you and Jasu should've discussed earlier. Jasu was looking for a license system for the bot G0ldy made. We offered to do it free of cost as compensation and he agreed to it. We never suggested him to get the license system as compensation it was what he wanted, I don't think it can get any more clear than this.

All I see here is a communication problem between you and your partner
