Additional Information:  so this little retarded Spainish kid got mad at me for not giving him reseller prices anymore for dhl scans instead of acting like a grown up & just accepting it he went & bought phished dhl accounts & now he's doing scans which 50% of them are fucked ANYWAY i recently gave my service away to my really good friend named FlareScans & i saw today that Diamond is trying to Sale trash my friend by saying he is offering fraud scans ( look at the gif above ) even tho that's not true i can provide the admins with full prove that all of our scans have NEVER had any issues & i can also provide proof of Diamond scamming people & blocking them afterwards 

he's a complete loser who hates to see his sale's going down

Me & Flare don't buy panels our panels are generated by a dhl worker which means there's no way any of our tracking's can be marked as fraud 

but ima explain why buying dhl accounts is bad & why Diamond is a retarded little monkey for doing it

those accounts that's hes buying are phished which means when the owner of the dhl store notices that theres 50+ new shipments that he did not take in he'll call his DHL Supervisor & report them all as fraud then all of the trackings will be marked as fruad by showing as delivered

That's right I have bought panels from UK as everyone else on the forum is doing and I offer a cheaper price, what's the problem?

I thought that the scans that were doing were coming out fraud when I realized the customer who asked me the scanning could not do it in my panel because Flare had already done it in his panel and the system did not let him do it, that's why the alert of "Fraud or duplicate" really is that it was duplicated, I apologize to flare if at any time he felt offended, in fact I deleted it from my channel.

Regarding the second capture, I do not understand anything I have never blocked a client, it may be a capture made by hermes, if not that teaches more evidence, or tell me who sent that.

Also when i told you that you can only see " fraud scans " in the panel that was complete bullshit that i made up lmfao You can't see Fraud scans anywhere unless you have access to the 99dhladmin panel which i know for a fact you don't because to even login you need a Phrase Key that you can only generate using a Physical Key

The panel I have is not the normal SPST panel, it is a new one that has been released, and when I went to scan that tracking I got that message, but I realised that it is because it was already duplicated, not because of fraud, the client only wanted a receipt but did not let me do it because it was already scanned in yours on that date and I got that message, but it is because of duplicity.
