Additional Information: I contacted him to exchange my money from paypal to crypto. After sending, he told me to wait for a while, so that before sending me the crypto, he would ask for a screenshot of the transaction, and when I sent it, he asked for a screenshot of the entire screen. When I sent him that too, he told me that he didn't want to send me crypto and that he would refund my money. After my request to send me crypto, because I have been waiting for a long time, he said that he will not cooperate and that he will refund my money on PayPal. After a few hours, after seeing that he still hasn't refunded my money, I contacted him, to which he sent me a screenshot and told me that PayPal does not currently allow the refund option. More than 24 hours have passed, in the meantime he rarely answered my messages and told me that the refund option is still not available. When I asked him to send me a screenshot with the time and the option that a refund is not possible, he stopped responding to messages. The whole procedure has been going on for 3 days and it is obvious that he stole my money.
I give him two chances, to send me crypto or to send me money from my paypal that i gave him, 95 euros

i cannot complete his  refund becuase of risk of chargeback i wanted to refund trough paypal but it dosen't let me for some reason  proof https://imgur.com/PgbCa5R i can even send a video , user wanted me to send the money  back to  him trough balance payment which is not possible because risk of chargeback from the  transaction he sent  i cannot  do anything  just wait till paypal allows me to refund also on our discord is mentioned PayPal Exchanges: --> - 10% | $15/€15 minimum | Balance and F&F only

 I'm not interested in that. all the money I have is with you. Does it mean that I have to wait a month if paypal doesn't allow the money to be refunded for a month? You have two options, to send me money via btc (I left a btc address) or to send me money via paypal (not to refund, but to send your money, there are no barriers).

 Of course you can send ltc, btc or any crypto because our agreement was to send me crypto after I send you money on paypal, so don't lie...

@Doridos You can refund through any crypto as long as you do it so within 24hrs. Unless OP gives you an extension if he would like to wait for the PayPal.
