Additional Information: Their support team has constantly failed to help regarding my issues concerning their shitty logs. I purchased 5x shipt and 5x gaypal. The latter I have yet to receive (it's been a day now). I have been given accounts constantly by the Demi support team which do not work. Which is also why I'm requesting a refund.
Other buyers have had this issue as well, and when they complain the message is usually deleted or ignored, mine included. On top of that, I had to wait multiple days just to receive gaypal accounts after purchase. And even now I'm waiting. Note: I sent a refund request over cashapp while the payment was pending when the item was out of stock.
Whoever manages the account decided to decline the refund even though they knew fully well that there were no accounts available. I'm tired of waiting, I did not buy from this shop just to receive accounts that do not work and to wait days for accounts after purchasing. This is not a preordering service. It's an account shop. I would like a refund. Never had this issue with any other shop until I decided to purchase from Demi
