Screenshots of Communication: I have the exported conversation which he deleted on telegram. If any of the admins request it, I can share it.

Additional Information:
I asked from the guy if he does UPS scans, he told me yes. I requested a UPS scan on Germany and I deposited the money ($110) (txid: ba4784af1620696856fe39fadf4ec5ff1330c336da7d66c70a62228e041f1bb6)
I waited 48 hours and the tracking did not update. I asked the guy what is going on, and he told me he can scan only in US, I told him that I requested in Germany and if he can't just simple refund me. He replied that the money will stay as store credit.
Since then, the guy hasn't responded and deleted the whole conversation
