Additional Information: I was exchanging my paypal vs this guy's crypto since months ago... Even he is replying after a long time he was trustful and sending me my money... Last exchange i sent him $120 he didn't want to answer me so i kept texting him until he sent me a screenshot with his limited paypal.. so i asked him gently please just refund this amount and if you have another paypal account i'll send it to that paypal then you send me my ltc he kept ignoring me with no answers. after that he told me that he can't refund because he don't have that option. I'm using paypal for years if you didn't refund a payment you will still have that option for 180days for each payment

The account was permanently banned by Paypal. There is no option to refund the money on my end as my features have been pruned due to the status of the account. See here:

I have already responded to OP and informed him of this. This is unfortunate but it is a risk you take when performing actions that are against a platform's TOS. My service has never been liable for funds lost to due to account restrictions or terminations. I also informed OP directly that he may attempt to contact Paypal directly to institute a refund on the grounds I am not able to. Seen here:




I hate to be rude but I've held amounts literally 20x the size of this transaction on multiple occasions and never has a penny of it gone missing. To suggest I would risk my business and my reputation over $120 is ludicrous and honestly a little offensive. Sorry for the unfortunate circumstances but I suggest your main approach to recourse would be retrieving your money from Paypal directly.

I don't see the grounds for this. I have never been responsible for lost funds. It's not even my fault. He can get the money back from Paypal.

-About Getting my money back from my paypal: 
I've already tried to do this and there was only pretending that it wasn't me who sent that amount ( If I did that i risk asking for Verification and too much documents that i don't really have ) 
Here is a copy of your thread showing that there is nothing in his TOS telling that he's not responsible about HIS OWN RECEIVING PAYPAL Account

There was nothing in our deal telling me that you're not responsible. you were ignoring my msgs for days. I'm doing also a business and selling many things using paypal and had many paypal's limitations but when a client pays even my paypal got termed with his payment I've never told Someone "Hey look my paypal is limited because of your payment, you're not going to receive your product" I always send the product and take the responsibility that I'm accepting paypal as payment method. You're doing a business there is lost and gain everywhere. so please accept it and refund me my money. If you are afraid of accepting paypal don't accept it. WHATEVER YOU GONNA WITHDRAW YOUR FUNDS AFTER 180 DAY.
