Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Unmigrated Minecraft Account (Not-Working)

Additional Information: I want my money back, these people literally don't give me a refund/replacement for over 2 days. They always say "Eptun can only restock" yet he is never on but always has the time to bump his thread to sell more non-working accounts (proof: https://i.imgur.com/9gCUFNu.png ) I think he is scamming more people but they don't say anything here because one good look at his recent reps its all people complaining about un-replied tickets and no replacement (proof 1: https://i.imgur.com/dS5EYSD.png proof 2: https://i.imgur.com/rf1dMI2.png) .I want a full refund or a Unmigrated Minecraft Account which is what I wanted/paid for. Already gave them more than enough time to get a new account/crack/check new accounts and give one to me. They've done this to multiple buyers and I'm sick of it.
