Additional Information: I purchased a refund service from him for an iphone 12 pro max. He said it was a 99% success rate and I somehow ended up being that 1% that failed. He offered to try again and I said go for it but never received another response from him in a month. His mod even tagged him in the ticket and it didn't help. I'm now stuck with deadweight that I can't return anymore.
