Additional Information: We agreed on 50 Delta.com Mail access hits for $100, allegedly his partner did it for him and sent me 50 hits which were complete trash and had no delta.com inside. And then he wanted to take over and I waited 4 days for him to get it done which he didnt. He offered to give another service as a replacement and we talked about some things I might  be interested in but we never end up doing any of them. I asked him for a refund and he kept pushing me for a replacement of some other service. I dont need any of his service, I wanted my hits and he just cannot provide what I paid for. He said he will try Delta again today but I wanna make this scam report in case he makes me wait again and push me to select some other service from him.

Yes we can wait. He said he will replace with new accounts yesterday but no updates since, I have waited enough for 50 hits, i just want my money back at this point.

I can also provide the full conversation with him, all I wanna say is I wanted my hits and he never provided them, and I never received another service from him. So I paid $100 and nothing was done. So I would like  to receive my money back. I didnt get the inital product upon agreement, and I didnt receive any replacements. I dont think anything else is needed to really discuss. But like I said im ready to provide full chat logs :)
