Additional Information: I started advertising fe18ru's shop through social medias Instagram, Tiktok and had some great results. In picture number 4 you can also see him saying ''I have had new customers come in today so GG'' which shows I have done the work I was told to do. I ran 4-5 Instagrams daily which generated a lot of link clicks to his tele and shop. I asked him when I'm going to get payed for the work I've put in but he started taking longer to answer and obviously didn't want to pay me for the work. In picture 2 he is saying that he will pay for my work price which he has not done.

Buddy, with all due respect i refuse to pay you $140 USD for anything. even if you did put in 1 hour of work per day, where did you mention anywhere that your cost is $10 per hour? you didn't list that anywhere in our entire direct messages, if you were to bring up an hourly rate i would've never dealt with you G. I paid you $45 for 1 week of work, told you "it was gonna be the busiest days of my life in these upcoming days & i would have a payment for him soon"
WE NEVER SPOKE ABOUT HOW MUCH $ that would be ^!. / I have multiple advertisers working at all different rates / for different jobs, my price of $45 per week is fine for the work that he produces, if his advertising service was that much of a change i wouldn't be saying anything on this thread, i would just pay him & continue to pay him.
I believe his work isn't as potent as he explains it to be, he tells you what you want to hear so you are quick to pay him for a service.
and you working without payment is on you, especially if we never agreed on a specific price. told you i would be busy af & wait for my reply, you still continued to work & urge me that you needed to be paid

You’re saying that you paid $45 for one week work but where do you mention that in our conversation? I have been advertising your shop for a total of 14 days which is 2 weeks and have got a total payment of $45 from you.
Where do you even mention that you paid that $45 for one week work? You mentioned that the money was to get me motivated to do the work, which has no meaning in my work cost. If you check the screenshots you said “I will pay for your work price”. When did you pay for my work price? Never.
You shouldn’t hire advertisers if you are not ready to pay for the work. We both know that I did what you wanted/needed for your shop to grow.

once again, that was up to you to continue working without any knowledge / further payment from me. (i didn't tell you to continue while you wait on me)
( your right, i didn't mention 1 week = $45, but neither did you ask me or did we come up with an agreement on payment)
on full further deals i advise you to set specific prices for your clients to agree on, otherwise 2 can just argue about price / time of advertisement.

Okey, listen please! You sent me $45 upfront before the work to get me motivated, there is nothing you can say against that. It's true that we didn't come up with an agreement on price/payment, but the problem right now is that I haven't been paid for the work I've put in.
You're saying now that you ''REFUSE'' to pay $140 for the work, or even $45. Let me ask you, what is the reason behind saying ''soon'' when I'm asking for payment? As you can see in picture number 6, it just shows that you have been lying to me this whole time to make me advertise your shop extra without being paid for it. Since you told me that I was going to get payment ''soon'' I understand that as I should keep doing the work I was hired for. The payment you said was comming ''Soon'' was never paid and you started ignoring me and that is the reason for this deal dispute.
So let me clarify the situation, you sent me $45 upfront to get me motivated. I worked 14 days, 1 hour daily using 4-5 Instagram accounts and was not paid for that work. You know that I should be paid for the work put in, since you are saying yourself that the payment are comming ''soon'' which never happend.

this payment coming "soon" could be $2. or it could be $100, we never made any agreements. you know why i keep saying soon because i told you i will be insanely busy in these up coming days, and will text you when im ready g.

You’re saying that you were very busy these upcoming days, which really doesn’t matter. You opened my messages but didn’t reply to them, if you have time to read them you have time to reply to them. It wasn’t hard or time taking questions, it was a question when I was going to get payment for my work.
I spent time advertising your shop, my time is not free like you might think. We both know you owe me payment for the work done.
Even if you paid me $100 I’m certain that you have made more then that from my advertising.
