Additional Information: Bought a PayPal account with a bank that has a vcc (moneylion was the original plan). The PayPal account works fine. Paid extra for the docs, after 3 weeks haven't gotten any. He at first over a period of 10 days sent me 2 money lions accounts, both account had an invalid login. Then he sent another moneylion account, which was fine. But the account was public (or sold again??) and the $30 that I put in there got used by someone else and got locked our of the account. Then he sent me a go2bank account, when I tried to login to the gmail connected to it I got 2fa (no recovery email set), havent tried to login to the bank since I need access to the mail - now he's just ignoring me. I want a full refund since the PayPal acc is useless without a bank (on the same name). Can provide screenshots of everything I just said if needed.
