This kid is clearly trying to abuse his profile and is a nuisance, very toxic and rude, wasting everyone's time over something that is extremely simple.
He was originally contacted to deface a website which he never did. It was a simple enquiry, it was his duty to tell me a price and I'd let him know if it's fine with me. He will not be paid

Because right here it says clearly,
"hmm coud you check? If nothing "internal" can be done I wouldn't mind it being simply defaced/edited but if I can access the stock that's better"
Then saying right after that
"I'll pay obviously"

@KSZ @Liars I will not pay him 200$ for a vuln I never wanted or asked for. I'll ONLY pay him 200$ if he can get me admin logins/stock of the website. If he can only deface it I'm willing to pay 100$. For only the vuln he's not getting more than 20$. This is the price I would have agreed on if we had a formal deal, anything over that is me being extorted.
