Screenshots of Communication: I can in private since it contains the account info etc.
Additional Information
: I bought a blackcatcard acc for  400$ then did a deposit of 700 eur, today when the money came ( I didn't even get to see it) I see a transfer to a bank with all the amount I did deposit, basically after the money did arrive he instantly sent it to his bank. I can provide screenshots of my chat with support and how they sent a refund request.

I have looked over the whole situation and I spoke with @Darkness. There is little evidence to say Fivio stole your money. We cannot verify if it was Fivio, his worker or it would be you. You was told to change the account information within 24 hours which has not been done. I cannot hold fivio accountable. Solved, closed.
