Additional Information: Paid for FedEx Canada FTID. He confirmed he received payment then ghosted for 1 week. It was supposed to be same day drop as advertised on his thread. Since its already been 1 week I want a refund, I do not want him to drop it at this point since im gonna have someone else do it

The label was already dropped on same day but it didnt scan so it just requires a redrop.

But yes I wasnt offline due to issues with my proxy setup since friday night. Will resolve with the client in telegram by refunding/redropping and update here.

Ofc I understand delayed responses are annoying though so its understandable why they might think its a scam, especially since its their first time with us. upon checking, it isnt their first time with us. so its quite sad they just started a scam report haha. but definitely understandable
