Additional Information: I bought him a config paypal, he give me a config that didnt work in any moment, i told him and he said that could be resolve the problem in config, after 2 days saying him that i want a refund he didnt do anything, didnt resolve the problem with config paypal and didnt do a refund, i'm not interesting in config now i want a refund.
