I was working with JonhFury since a few months, used him for all my refunds.
But in last 2 weeks, I asked him to do 4 scans, all 4 failed, he offered me a free one and failed too.
It's not my problem that he is paying to someone else to scan my trackings.
He says it's my tracking issues but @Quzhi scanned them and it worked. The last 2 he could not scan because he is busy and he refunded me the full price (40$)
Also @EZFTID scanned them too but failed, he at least refunded me. (15$)
Jonh doesn't want to refund me, he says it's my issue but it isn't as I paid TO HIM to scan them, it's not my issue that he is using another guy to scan them.
In his post he says he guarantee 100% the scan, he failed 5 times.

I want a full refund, he doesn't have any kind of ToS + he guarantee that the scan will work, it didn't

All scans were done. I did the same scan to other guys before, during and after this guy asked me to do for him, and those other scan went well.
I ofered some free scans in order to be friendly with him so he would fell compensated. 
Its not my fault that the last trackings he gave to me were unacceptable to that scan. All scans were done and have proofs of that and besides that, I have prints of my conversations with this guy.
From my part I did all correctly so i dont feel like to give full refund, so offered more free scans and he declined that offer.

It's not my problem that you can't do them for free and you don't have any panel.
I paid TO YOU to scan them and YOU failed.
This is like reselling, you buy for less price and sell it for high but you are the one who is selling so you are responsible of what are you selling, if you fail, you have to refund.
