Additional Information: Hello. I bought Xbox Gamepass Ultimate for 1 Year in January - Got my account upgraded on January 23, 2024. The upgrade worked for 2 Months after which it got expired - March 23, 2024 , I reached out to Kenz. My upgrade was finally fixed on 16 April, 2024 , almost a month after the problem arose. Nevertheless, afterward the upgrade again expired after exactly 1 month on 16 May, 2024 . I was away for work and I realized it very late as I returned home after months. anyways, I opened my Xbox to just chill and game after a long time just to realize that the gamepass had expired on 16 May. I reached out to the seller and he simply just said method expired and he cant do anything no more. I would like to ask what did I pay 40$ for? 1 Year was promised and I was only able to use it for 3 Months ? The seller takes no responsibility no more. If I am selling a product. Yearly product, I don't think I have the right to say after 3 months that the method just expired. I demand a refund for this and will appreciate your inputs. Thank you.

Hello, This Product warranty was 3 months and customer know it very well
If the method patched before 3 months the customer get full refund
He ordered on Jan we are today on July which it's mean 6 months passed since he got his upgrade
He got problem before and I fixed it for him but the method now is patched and his warranty is already passed but I still will give him replace when I find a similar method
He sent me message and telling me that I should refund him after 6 months from the upgrade which it should not possible thing because his warranty already passed and it's long time passed
The method can be patched on anytime for this I have cleared it by giving a duration for warranty
the 6 months costing from xbox itself 102$+ He paid me 40$ so the customer win on the end but I can't do anything if the method got patched for now
I told you to wait till find a similar method or I give him a xbox upgraded account as replace but he refused and told me he will give me 24h only to give him full refund I don't think it's fair thing

I still offer both 2 options
Get a private upgraded account or wait for sometime till get new method

The product only worked for 3 months, Stop stating that I have used it for 6 months, I have proved it time and time again. 
 
January 23 -> February 23 (1 Month)
February 23 -> March 23 (1 Month)

(It stopped working now. then I was unable to use until April 16)
April 16 -> May 16 (1 Month)
(then it stopped working again)

If you check the conversation screenshots, you can see that too. Moreover, Im pretty sure the warranty was a full year. The tos on almost all your products was the same which clearly stated "The warranty applies for the entire period of your subscription, so you can be sure that you are getting excellent value for your money." Which was one of the primary reasons for buying from this vendor as I had other vendors which were selling for 50$ .

Nevertheless, I have proved with appropriate screenshots that the gamepass has worked for only 3 months. 
The tactic of the seller is weird:
1. The product which i bought is no longer on his sellpass so I cant send the screenshot of his TOS no more. 
2. The gamepass broke down after 2 months after which it took for him almost a whole month to replace, which again broke down after 1 month.
3. Then the method just expired and thats it.
 
This way I can also just start a shop and sell "Yearly" Products and after 2-3 months state the method is no longer working and I will not take any responsibility.

I request a partial refund (I already said that I dont require the full refund) of the remaining 9 months for the "Yearly" gamepass that he sold - 30$ (75% of the duration which was advertised) Thank you.

Did you doesn't count the time you doesn't play on it or what
it's not possible for sure the method got patched on the market since some days If you got any problem you was can ask for fix and you will get it like you did before and already fixed for you
You ordered on Jan and the method was working for July if you know math it's mean 6 months if you didn't join and played it's doesn't mean that it's don't count as ur duration lol so funny
The product for sure got unlisted since it's patched I can't keep it listed so customers doesn't order it
TOS on discord and on sellpass said if the warranty time end I should have nothing to do after it but I only give this warranty time for case that the method patched only
You choosed me because Iam the cheaper one on all the market do same method but Iam still the cheaper one
You aren't my only customer for this product I got alot of customer who used it for the while full year without any problems
About start your own shop and give 3 months it's on total will costing you 51$ which it's over the price you paid
You choosed to risk by buy a cheap product the real price of it is 202$ and I risk with you by give a 3 months warranty so we should together cooperate on it
I still try my best to give you the service but you don't even cooperate with me on it by get a upgrade account for now till I get update with the method
What you said about refund and 10$ etc.. it's so funny trick and not possible
because ur warranty has end and the half duration passed
You don't want get a upgraded account as replace or waiting for the method so nothing more I can say or do since the customer refuse to answer my message to cooperate on it

How can you sell a "Yearly" product and not provide it for the whole duration. You keep arguing that the gamepass has been active for 6 months but I have proved it with snapshots that the gamepass was in fact active on my account for a maximum duration for 3 months. I am done arguing with you on this, Darkness if you also have any doubts about this I am more than willing to prove it to you. Its clear from the conversation screenshots but if still you require anything more I am willing to cooperate.

Moreover, while I was researching about the seller, I have found that he has had a previous case of editing his warranty info from HIS very own website reviews. 
I bought a yearly product and I expect you to take responsibility now. I look forward to what Lucas has to say about this matter.

Moreover, He says that he tried his best to provide me service, He never said anything about the upgraded account thing until just 1 hour ago in the ticket lol. 
 
2 Hours ago he said I gave him 2 options when in fact he never did, he only texted me about giving me an upgraded account just a hour ago. 
 
I guess trying hard to disable the situation as he knows he's guilty.

The seller does not need to provide a refund.

1. He has had a history of altering this, as shown by the Sellers OWN reviews on his website: Imgur: The magic of the Internet


2. He said before that he had given me 2 options: a) Wait for the new method. b) He will give me a already upgraded account.

The option magically appeared when I opened the scam report, but in fact the option b only appeared about 1.5-2 hrs ago. Proof for that: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Shows that the seller is trying to disable the situation as much as he can to close the scam report. ( btw the upgrade which I bought is supposed to be on MY account, not a random account.) (Also he quickly closed the ticked on the server as soon as Ping closed my report here)

3. The product which I bought, is apparently gone (or edited) on the seller's shop.

Clearly shows I bought a Yearly product and I am somewhat sure that its the same product as shown above, The seller has just changed it's pricing. Because as far as I remember and the terms and conditions were a 100% same as given here. KENZ Upgrades (sellpass.io)


4. According to the Seller, this is a new product. He edited is previous Xbox GamePass on 8 July, 2024. I would like to request a Cracked.io Admin to check the thread showing the previous product if possible, if not I have another way.

5. He previously stated that he used to only sell Xbox GamePass for 1 Year, not 1M 3M 6M 12M etc etc. I would like to know how he got a review 9 months ago on a product titled: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (3 Months). What warranty did he offer on this product 9 months ago? - ( if Yearly gave warranty of 3 months, then 3 months will give warranty of 22.5 days? lol)

In conclusion I'm pretty sure what I bought clearly said it will work for the whole period of the time I was buying. But the seller now refuses to believe it and states that I had bought something different from him. I have given the proofs in the points above about his tactics. Thank you.
