Scam report against Kernaim / Ballistong

Sales thread: He didn't post yet a thread, but he is using the logo I made for him on his website (https://kernaim.to/board/) and on forum without to make the last payment.

Amount or item(s) scammed: 100$ (from 200$, 50% start, 50% at the end) + 60$ for making me to wait (15$/day)

Additional Information:
           None, but he is usuing the logo I created for him on his website + on forum (not even .svg format, the watermarked .png) without to make the last payment of 100$ + 60$ for making me waiting (15$/day)
           I got also the ticket conversation saved as a transcript file.
           I see him that is trying to hide and do not display contact options but I got his personal Discord: Ballistong#7010  /  895217423547007046
           Also, is not just about the waiting for payment, but also throughout the process he made me lose time cuz I wait him 1 day to give me a detail for his logo.
           If any other proof is needed, I'll provide in private.
