Additional Information: Payed him 500 so he could mentor me through my first refund and fill in the blanks in the things that I already knew. Gave me all the basics but went into 0 detail, and then when it came to my first refund he said he couldn't help. Then he just banned me from the group. So now I'm stuck with an product and -500. He claimed it wasn't possible to be done, but i'm currently in contact with multiple other refunders and they all say that it can be done. (Quick edit, I've been in contact with Kingpin for almost 2-3 weeks and this whole it was very difficult to get a hold of him, i'd have to contact him multiple times just to get an response and when he does, it's always the same old aka 'i'll look into it/i'll dm someone' then never reaches back.)

Hello,
@RefundsByK was banned from my group after the occurrence of two incidents.
Today, I was informed that @RefundsByK attempted to scam someone in my refunding mentoring chat for a Valorant account, which my group member went first on. @RefundsByK then deleted chat.

K also proceeded to change his name on telegram and delete all chats with member.
User just deleted all chats with me.

Next, @RefundsByK was also attempting to steal my customers via sending direct messages to those in my refunding service. Here is a screenshot of proof from last week.
For this, I simply gave a warning rather than anything else.
Screenshot proof of asking my customers who I currently have a refund in process with asking them to send $100 upfront for a 'scan'.
As for the refund, Amazon began issuing labels which require you to pay yourself rather than a prepaid label. These require some SE, as in some cases it is possible to get a prepaid label via chat. We were in the process of doing this, and I was going to continue the attempt today, until I woke up to messages of @RefundByK's scam on my members.
Based on messaging users from my service with also apparent scam attempts and blatantly scamming a member of my mentoring service, I did not see it fit to keep him in my group, as it would simply happen again.
In terms of the mentoring, I gave all relevant info, taught about everything for refunds and even got in voice chat with user to talk about the methods.
Even though I provide mentoring services, obviously I have no responsibility for a failed SE/refund as this happens. in this case, there was no failed refund - simply not possible to complete a refund with these labels which must be paid by the returner, reason being Amazon gives them with the intent of taking no liability for a lost/missing return. K could simply return the item and hit another site with my guidance.
In conclusion, K scammed a member of my group and attempted to steal customers from my refunding group at least once. I have provided my services and continued to do so until this morning when I became aware of the scam.
I owe no money in any case, as my services were provided, and I have no liability for one refund that wasnt even failed. My mentoring service is ongoing and encompasses many websites outside of amazon, of course.
As for response times - I am online all day refunding. I do not have issues responding quickly, and can have this vouched for. I simply get annoyed when users begin sending messages to my customers / asking me to pay for their UPS scans (@ RefundsByK claimed to not have $100 to pay for a UPS scan and was begging me for it). Although he sent messages attempting to steal customers, I simply gave a warning and continued the mentor.

Scammed someone for an valorant account? We had a deal and he later pulled the account back which I knew he was going to do. And this wasn't the first time one of your members sent me a message, as you can see the second conversation between me and a customer of yours also messaged me lieing about needing help because you wasn't able to help/it takes you too long to respond (Same thing in my case). Of course me trying to be helpful I said I could, and I also sent you a message regarding him as soon as he messaged me in which you responded saying this: https://imgur.com/a/aYM7SMK Clearly it shows you admitting that it wasn't actually me trying to get customers/scamming from your group. It's also funny you say I removed our chat because I knew you would, So i screen recorded our whole conversation so if an admin would be interested in seeing it I would be more than delighted to share that.
As from the get go when I first ever messaged you, the deal was you would help me with my first refund. I messaged you about what domain of amazon to use, and what product. You said everything was correct. Then when I started asking for scans/mentorship you simply said it wasn't possible, which is just simply not true because like I've stated earlier I have other refunders that are able to do it and doing so at this moment of time. My only reason was buying this whole mentorship was not for the most basic well known poorly written methods you gave out, but to know i will get my first refund successfully, which you failed to help with. Therefore you couldn't uphold your side of the deal and I would like the refund for the waste of time (almost a month). I learnt nothing and gained nothing out of this group, biggest waste of time and money ever. Your responses are so slow it's impossible to get a hold of you, and you pretending like you'd get onto it today is just so lame because you've been saying this for the past week or two, just admit you can't help out and give the refund.

I deleted no chats, I have no reason to. I came back after you posted deal dispute in order to get screenshots and all chats were deleted.
Your shifting of blame is amusing to me - you seem to pretend to be the victim in all scenarios.
To counter your false claims:
- My mentoring encompasses all refunds you do and not just one. To say so is simply false - you know well I offer support with all refunds. You are attempting to make it sound like first refund only in order to shift blame and attempt to get your money back after learning all methods.

- I do not know what you mean by mentorship being impossible. I am online all day refunding, and mentoring is what I do. Conveniently out of the 50+ of the other mentoring clients, you are the only one to complain (also the only one to attempt to scam/steal customers, funnily enough).
- I also do not know what you mean by saying scans arent possible. I sent you links to the groups which sell scans, and you claimed to not have the money to buy a $100 scan and asked me to cover for it. You purchased a mentoring service and not a service in which I pay for the stuff you should be paying for yourself.
- I do not give out shitty written methods, this is a mentoring service. I explained all methods via voice chat and sent you the link to group/further resources. The resource pack (as stated in messages) is a compiled .ZIP of tools which are useful for refunds. This includes compilaed methods from across forums (I claim nothing about these being unique). Inside the mentoring resource pack is not shitty written methods, it contains everything from rebill bypass methods to how to create your own invisible ink labels and lists of stores for several countries.
- The label you have cannot be done via FTID which I explained, as amazon takes no liability for these. Also, please produce screenshots in which I say the mentoring is 'only' for this refund.
If anything can be taken out of this deal dispute, @ RefundsByK is attempting to cash in/cash out after learning everything for refunding.
This includes begging me for money for scans, taking my customers, scamming a user of my mentoring, and then asking for a refund after he has learned everything.
Big text for emphasis: K opened the scam report less than 30 minutes after he was banned for scamming a user. It is evident he was doing everything he could to milk people out of money, and after learning all of the methods he wants his money back.

Fake screenshot done literally just now, check the timestamps. Screenshots were taken minutes before posting. How were you hitting someone up in my group after you were banned?
Mods should clearly see this is false, checking timestamps proves so.

Obviously, K deleted all chats, and is now faking messages in order to try to get his money back after being banned for scamming my members and attempting to steal my users. I will leave it at this as I no longer will take the time to respond to stuff that is already proved as false.

Look, to keep it simple, you could write all the paragraphs you want, but it doesn't change the facts. Right now you're simply waffling about completely different things, things that i already mentioned or talked about and proved you wrong on with evidence. The fact is, I have an refund, my first refund with you even. I've been informing you about this refund ever since it started if not earlier. To this day, you have failed to complete the refund, or even start it from what i'm aware of, no matter what the reasoning is. It's a fact. It might not be possible for you, but other refunders can, so clearly there's an misunderstanding from your side, maybe unexperienced I'm not too sure. You keep implying I'm trying to scam. Scam what exactly? I've gained nothing, if anything i've currently lost everything. All these methods u give it out is public knowledge, 0 depth and 0 help. You gave me nothing, nothing I can work with. Stop trying to act like you actually put in effort and gave me something because we both know that's not the case. Stop the waffling And keep it straight, you basically scammed me. I payed you for an service and you were unable to provide it. Therefore, i'm liable for an refund. It's amazing to me how much effort and time you can put into try making out your innocent right now but when i asked you simple little questions on telegram it would take you several days to respond. And for my refund now i've been waiting 2/3 weeks with no progress. You truly are special. Really hard to play the victim after sending my customers DMs asking for upfront payments, and scamming for a valorant account this morning. Seriously delusional to believe that you will get anywhere with this. I provided my services and would have continued to do so if it wasnt for these attempted scams.

Considering I'm starting out, and I knew a few label/scan services I thought yeah sure why not help him out, I had 0 idea he was involved with the mentorship at this point.
I told him I could sort him out an scan but they cost around 100+, never told him to send me any money, I just stated if he wanted a scan done they would be around that price range, not once did I say i personally offer scans.
