Hello, first of all, I want to say that I was directly involved in helping the client. And I took part in some of those actions explained by KingPin above.

First of all, KingPin tried and still tries to help his clients as much as possible, the proof can be me, having nothing to do with his mentorship. He asked me to try my best to help this client. I am also part of the group of the client who reported that @RefundsByK sends messages to Refund.cx members. Since I am helping KingPin with refunds I am in several groups with his customers.

The action taken by KingPin seems fair to me considering he never stopped providing support to his customers, and this customer tried to steal his customers.
The customer's order was not unsuccessful as he says, the only problem was that Amazon did not want to offer prepaid labels for his address. I came up with the idea of using RTS, we had access to a resell price from UPS insiders this was $100. The customer wanted us to pay for the SCAN as well, since the mentorship as far as I know does not provide FREE SCANS.
This will be my only response to this scam report as I have no direct connection, I just took part in some of their actions.

Sincerely, k1nkle

Interesting, so if it was truly not unsuccessful as I claim, why is it still not done or as you call it 'ongoing' for almost 2+ weeks with no updates regarding it at all. And if I was truly dming customers and trying to steal a few, I agree, it's totally reasonable to hand out a ban. But I've already cleared this false claim so therefore there's no truly good reason for me being banned. As for scans, florida offered me a scan which I can pay after it was successful because i was unsure about paying random people and honestly only trusted him at the moment because he claimed he has experience.

So since he keeps bringing up this me  'trying to scam' his customers or whatever lmao, i'm going to address here and here only.
The guy that he keeps referring to, I have 0 idea who he was, but he messaged me this: https://imgur.com/a/kpVD1vb
Considering I'm starting out, and I knew a few label/scan services I thought yeah sure why not help him out, I had 0 idea he was involved with the mentorship at this point.
I told him I could sort him out an scan but they cost around 100+, never told him to send me any money, I just stated if he wanted a scan done they would be around that price range, not once did I say i personally offer scans. I was just going to refer him to where he can get one for around that price. He then told me: https://imgur.com/a/AkiXUPf
So as you can imagine I forwarded this to floridaman (aka Kingpin) via screenshot instantly and he responded with: https://imgur.com/a/9jgYS59
As you can see I was fully transparent with him to let him know I wasn't trying to do anything at all, I sent him a screenshot of the full convo which he then replied with: https://imgur.com/a/I362HoL
So at this point he knew I didn't have any bad intentions and we was good. But here he is currently, trying to make it out right now that I'm a scammer that dms his customers and i'm in the wrong.
Now please move on and address the real issue, me being banned and you not being able to help with an refund almost 3 weeks after it was placed.

You were banned because you scammed a member of my group for a $175 Valorant account. Why would you be allowed to stay after scamming? Makes no sense to me

Also for the DMs with that guy you are not including the part where you asked for $100 upfront + sent him a DM first. I was nice, and simply told you to do not it again. If you are going to post screenshots, please include the part where you asked him for money prior to doing anything.

As for your refund, as I have explained several times, you cannot FTID those labels. Amazon clearly states they have no liability for it. We helped you with what to do, and your refund was not failed it just simply wasnt possible even after contacting with the SE to get UPS label instead.

Once again my point stands: You are asking for a refund now after learning everything, as you are hoping to get the $ back.

Why would I send $500 to a scammer? Makes absolutely no sense to me. What about the victim of your scam this morning? What about the other customers you sent DMs to from my server?

Your attempt here is desperate and I see absolutely no basis behind this. You purchased a service, that service was provided. You learned the methods, and i proceeded to help with them as I do for all customers. After learning everything, now you want your money back. Conveniently, you scammed a member before opening the scam report. Good timing, right?

Your refund didnt fail, it is not possible with that method of postage. I said you can return it, order something else from amazon or a diff site, and go from there. My mentoring goes for all refunds, not just one.

To me you seem desperate to justify your actions going back to calling me a scammer when i've gained nothing. I don't have an val account, because that's not how it works. And i didn't make anything from your customers. I'm not a scammer and never will, If you can send proof of me scamming I will happily close this thread and accept the consequence. But I know you can't, because I simply didn't. Now stop dishing out false acccusations and lies, because i've proved you wrong already multiple times.

I didnt offer a scan, you told me you had no money and couldnt afford a scan.

It was 'ongoing' as we were attempting and showing you the SE to attempt for a UPS label. Also, it has not been three weeks.

To be entirely clear - please show the proof of your order being three weeks old!
You purchased mentoring and we began your refund on the 29th of July. Checking the calendar, that is most definitely not three weeks. Proof:

Clearly evident, please take note the user is even lying about the timeframe of his refund in order to play the victim role here. How has it been 3 weeks since June 29th? Very confused here.

R
@RefundsByK can you explain this to me please?

Sure, the explanation is right here mate :) https://imgur.com/a/wwMdSZw  https://imgur.com/a/dbLHyEr

I think you're forgetting I screen recorded our whole conversation. Stop trying to lie your way out, it's not going to look good for you.
Honestly, I'd be happy if you could just fulfill this refund and we could part our ways, you can keep the 500 considering that was part of the deal anyway. But if you leave with none then who's truly the scammer here?

As you can see I clearly started on the same day I messaged you. Please stop trying to lie, it's really not helping your case.
Complete the refund or refund the original 500. Thanks
