u do realize many users are calling sendgrid customer service to get the softban lifted. I know you called them but you didnt give a resolution? what happened after the call?
How was it handled?
Did this happen during generating the API key? what other steps did you take first?
How did you do a test with the smtp without being able to generate an API key and register your domain?
He offered to replace your account with one similar, take the account. he is not ripping you off.
EDIT: as far as you obsessing over the 2.5 million plan, you know damn well you wont be able to send close to 2.5 million or even 20% of that without getting bounces or flagging for spam and having it softbanned anyway. If you make it to 300k delivered on a cracked sendgrid smtp knowing what theyre going through with twilio rn, you are far better than those of us who have been doing it for years
