Additional Information: I initially paid $600 for an IG account which was legacy verified so he couldn't ban it, and after I had already paid and after him trying and failing I explained it was legacy and he said he couldn't do it so he asked me for a new account. I came back 24 hours later and sent the new accounts, and he just read my message and later blocked me. I tried sending him a message on my other tg where he also read the message and blocked me
