Additional Information: So i wanted to buy an sn and logical sold me one for like 7€ and later i went to watch some youtube videos about the monitor and i noticed that the picture and serial number that logical sold me was the same as the one in the video. If it was that easy i would’ve gotten it myself instead of buying it from him, therefore in the section marketplace rules rule 13 it states : You aren't allowed to sell any services/products that are publicly available for free. so i would like a refund.

basically, the person want valid sn with warrenty , i provide him the screenshot first that i have sn that is valid. with 36 month warrenty left i think so. i send him screenshot and he said that's ok and then i send him the sn , he will never now if the sn come from the youtube unless i give him also the picture , the sn is fresh and 100% valid. and he didn't tell me then if its not working or any thing like this. 
he come back today 17 days later . that the sn is come from youtube and u sale me and u scam me  . how this is scam , its my method to got sn from some where which is valid, for sn u can got to shop and see the box and copy it it is also free ? so u open scam report 
in my point of view . because i am selling sn from long time. people didn't said its not work or have any issue , how that is come to issue if its valid and working 100% fine when deliver . 
and u report me after 17 days ? its take me so much time to find the sn like watch many video and search many places . i don't think it is scam . yes if its not working and have some issue like this i would love to refund. but how u come after 17 days and u said its come from youtube so its scam.

after reciving the sn u send me message about the troubleshooting video that i am selling or not and i said no. this message is after 2 days, so that's mean u didn't go to vication after reciving the sn. its alote of time like 17 days , and after 17 days u may be search for another sn and find this sn on youtube and you come for refund. i don't think it's not fair because for this sn it's take me many time to find that and i got it from youtube even it's not easy their is many videos u search and watch all and got good result and then provided u with the clear image also. 
but still moderator have to decide i will respect the decision moderator take.

hahaha really after 17 days you try its not work ? not work like don't have wareenty valid or not work like you didn't done se good? because if your point is the company know if the sn is on youtube or not . it's not possible because it's valid and have very good warranty 36 month remaning when deliver. 
but like i said moderator will decide
