Why didnt he gave instructions in his guide how to not get locked?

What proof you want?  About "not get lock" i really write about it in guide, about pp, email security, step by step what you will do in best way, trusted vpn service etc. Sir its really looks like you pushing me in any way to refund when you destroy account.
