Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Sent him 355 euros

Additional Information: So I sent him PayPal for crypto and he was supposed to send me that instant right. After I send him money he was saying that he is waiting for a friend to exchange him which is insane already. Then I gave up on that and asked for a refund but he couldnt send it to 2 different PayPal accounts. Asking me to wait for my money, Also offered me to send me back as goods and services which means isnta lock for PayPal or chargeback :D

Now he is asking me to close the report and I would receive my money within 5 days. Which is sus cuz in 5 days he can easily withdraw from this stealth PP acc and dip. At the beginning he said that his friend will send crypto. So I dont see the problem here. His friend can send me crypto and later on he send money to his friend. Simple as that. Why would exchanger even take exchange if he dont have crypto :D
