Additional Information:
He wanted to buy a pp off me, gave him full access, mail access, and he logged in meaning the account is unusable for me now, considering he logged in, and his partner now.

He told me he wants to test it first before paying me. He's just been ghosting me and reading my messages.

The account is unusable for me now, considering I sent him all the ID documents, and two devices and IP logged in. Considering it as raped, meaning I can't sell it to someone else.

he gave me a paypal account and i logged in into account with 2fa (he gave me sms , account was on his number)
and i said i need to test the account (we send a payment to the account and see if account get limit or no thats how we test paypal accs)
my partner got some problems and needed more time
this guy said if you dont pay me in 2 hours i will restore account and sell it to another person (i dont have any access to account , i even cant login into account because of 2fa on his number)
well the account in untouched i just logged in 2 times with same ip , my partner got problems and this guy said i will sell it to another person and we forget it
i dont know whats the reason of this report :)
