Bro is there gonna be a solution to this? Like what this guy did was extremely irresponsible and was not the smartest thing in general. 
I made it very clear to put a water mark (cause this has happened to me before on other sites) and he sent me his project without one.
I ended up not liking it and not using it. (also the response time is because I have a life and don't sit on my pc all day)
I don't know where else this can go besides him accepting the fact that it was a mistake and also accepting the fact that even if you work on a project for someone they might not like it....
He should know that not every customer may like his stuff he puts out. It comes with the field.
Nobody is forced to buy from him, especially if they don't like what he gave them.

ok first of all you are calling me not adding a watermark a mistake. I really do not care if you use the design but when you make me work for something you should expect to pay for it since it won't change the utter fact that I spent my time on this project. Designs are not just products you can refund when you make someone work for it. You didn't even bother to respond back to me and tell me if you liked it or not. All of this could have been easily avoided only if you have told me that you didn't like the design and would like a new one, instead of doing that you just made me work for free and saying that you told me to add a watermark doesn't change that. at this point it's upto you if you if you want to be petty and not pay, I really don't give a fuck anymore since you are trying to make up shitty reasons.
