Additional Information: From the start after purchasing I had problems:
After I changed the pass for vps, I couldn't log in at all. It kept throwing me invalid credentials. I shutdown and started the vps multiple times after password reset but the problem persisted. Even the original password before change wouldn't work. So I re-installed the OS from the panel and that finally made it working again.
Then I noticed the storage was only 30gb, it was advertised as 50gb (silver plan). Made a ticket on the site, support told me to allocate space, but in disk manager there is only 500MB unallocated space (https://i.vgy.me/mKVU2j.png), they have never responded to my ticket since.
Now I can't login to the vps at all despite the panel showing that it is online.

I would just like a refund since support is very slow despite the owner being online recently
